Every effort is made to ensure that there are no damages or shortages on orders. Should these occur or account for less than 1% of the quantity ordered, it will not re-done but rather credited.
1. We will not be held responsible for any spelling or artwork errors, changes in design once approved by you, it is up to the customer to check goods ordered are correct when Quotes are given, and information is correct.
2. Once artwork has been approved any changes thereafter will be charged accordingly.
3. Printing colours will be matched as close as possible to Pantone colours or swatches supplied. For digital prints we don’t print Pantone Colours but it will be print matched to the closest CMYK Colour.
4. We do not guarantee 100% colour match.
5. We can’t guarantee 100% colour consistency on different materials. We cannot guarantee colours will stay crisp and clear when printed on certain materials.
6. Layouts sent in colour via email are not a true reflection of the colour or sizing of print but a mere indication of what product will look like. If a specific size is required, please let us know otherwise it will revert to what we do sizing as.
7. Any changes required, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production. If the artwork is approved, please confirm by emailing back.
8. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
9. We cannot guarantee Prints on materials which we haven’t purchased through our suppliers.
10.If samples are required we will try incorporate that into your order, if the order doesn’t materialise will be have to bill you for the design and final printed sample.
11. Please note that Trading Hours are as follows Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 till 4.00, Sunday 12.00 till 3.00. Times may vary but we will let you know.
12. Please note that LastOne Digital (PTY) ltd does not run accounts and payments for goods done needs to be paid in full before goods will be released and in most instances a deposit is required prior to design and/or printing.
13. All artwork and approvals are up to the client to check.
Please make sure that goods are collected timeously!!
No approvals will be accepted telephonically or without the signed off artwork.. If it is and there is a mistake, we will not be held accountable.
We allow 2 artwork changes, therefter a fee of R150 will be charged per hour.
Your job will only go into production once the artwork is approved and the 50% deposit is paid.
